Path analysis of hospitality workplace dignity, organisational commitment, and intent to quit in hotel industry: The mediating role of organisational commitment

Purpose: To determine the structural relationship between hospitality workplace dignity, organisational commitment, and intent to quit, further evaluate mediating effect of commitment on dignity quit special in Hotel Industry. Design/methodology/approach: The study is quantitative nature with empirical evidence associated it. A total 250 employees working luxury hotels Jaipur are considered for study. Data collected from respondents based quota convenience sampling analysed using Structural Equation Modelling. Findings: results exploratory factor analysis conducted extracted four factors namely—recognition at (RW), barriers (BWPD), (OC) intention (INQ). Both measurement models generate a good fit significant association RW INQ; while influence BWPD INQ not OC fully mediates relationship. partially INQ. two stages. first stage enquires second corresponds measuring BPWD path seen be statistically significant. This states that variable does have role among these variables. Originality: attempts find amongst highly acclaimed tourist destination developing nation commitment.
